Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wagglecraft. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

Please note: During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping to the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 4 - 12 business days (after processing)

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 - 15 business days (Processing time + Transit time)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier peak seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will normally update within 24 - 48 hours.

You can track your package using our [Order Tracking Page / Link] or directly through the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Wagglecraft is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For standard US orders, orders under $800 are typically exempt from import duties.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at wagglecraft@yeah.net.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will happily send a replacement or issue a refund according to our Refund Policy.
